You've reached the final step in making Beamin' your agent!
We’ve put together this simple step-by-step guide to support you through the final stages of your Beamin' sign-up.
Don't forget to make Beamin' your agent, you'll need to make sure you've created your Government Gateway account and add VAT as a service to your account too.
How to make us your agent
1. We will send a notification to your Wise app, which will look like the following;

To access your notifications, you can also press the white 🔔 icon in the corner of your app screen.
2. When you select the notification, you'll be redirected to the Beamin' 'Authorisation Pending' screen where you'll need to press the 'Visit Gov.uk' button. This button will load up the appropriate page with the HMRC.
3. Please press “Continue” to authorise Beamin' to act on your behalf for your VAT services.
4. Select 'Yes' to confirm you have a Government Gateway account and press “Continue”.
5. You will be asked to sign into your Government Gateway account. Please enter your 12-digit Government Gateway user ID and your Password.
You will receive a security code through SMS or email or a verification call, depending on your chosen HMRC additional security preference.
6. Once you have logged into your Government Gateway account, you will receive the following 'Approval complete' message, as shown below.

Please note If you are shown a screen that states 'We cannot find this authorisation request', you will need to add VAT services to your Government Gateway account.
