By authorising us as your agent, Beamin can become your digital accountancy aid. This means that we will be able to see your HMRC obligations as well as the ability to submit and pay VAT returns on your behalf.
Once you have a VAT number, we will send you a notification with a link to authorise us as your agent. All you have to do is click the link, log in using your Government gateway details, and authorise us. Simple!
Are you ready to make Beamin your agent?
Before we can issue an agent authorisation request, there are a few steps you'll need to take.
1. First, you must have a Government Gateway account set up. To help you set up an account with HMRC, please use the following link which is provided below for step-by-step instructions.

Finally, once you've completed the above, we can then issue an agent authorisation request and you will receive a notification in your Wise app and in Beamin, which will ask you to authorise Beamin as your agent.
Once you select the 'Visit Gov.uk' button, there will be a few questions to answer in order for us to become your agent and complete your VAT returns. Here's a short document that will show you the questions you'll be asked.
