We would like to inform you that we have a formal complaint procedure in place. Once we receive a complaint, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours and commence our investigation. Our investigation period is 72 hours. Once our investigation is complete we will respond to you with the outcome.
In the unlikely event that you are still unhappy with our response, your complaint can be escalated to the manager within our team for further review. We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible, whilst ensuring that we take appropriate steps to address any issues raised.
